ABOUT SAN LUIS OBISPO YOUTH BASEBALL
San Luis Obispo Youth Baseball provides a safe and welcoming environment for kids to experience baseball. We feature recreational leagues at five levels, allowing players to grow and evolve as they learn the sport. We place an emphasis on teamwork and on encouraging players to develop a passion for the game.
We welcome first-time players, starting at age 5, to learn the sport and to share our community's love for baseball.
We also support All Star and Club programs for advanced players, allowing our athletes to compete with other leading programs from around the Western United States.
Fall Ball
SLO Youth Baseball hosts Fall Ball in September through October each year. Our fall season is a great opportunity for beginning baseball players to be introduced to the game, returning players looking to sharpen their skills and players moving up to the next level this coming spring.
The fall season starts the weekend after Labor Day and lasts for 7-8 weeks. The format will include a two-hour game, with no practices during the week, and will be held on Sundays at various field locations in San Luis Obispo. Game start time will either be 11:00AM, 1:00PM or 3:00PM. Depending on enrollment numbers, this format may be modified.
Registration fee has been $100 in past seasons and might be adjusted based upon costs. Each player will be given a jersey and cap.
